I've lived on this beautiful mountain along the Mogollon Rim as a full time resident since 2002. I have been a Realtor in Happy Jack since 2012 and Branch Manager of the Happy Jack Office since 2015. My expertise and familiarity of Happy Jack and the surrounding Areas enables me to provide reliable, prompt, and professional service to buyers and sellers.
Happy Jack is one of the “last frontiers” of pristine forest beauty. Happy Jack boasts the largest population of Ponderosa Pines in the World. Many of these Majestic trees are over 200 years old. As a little known paradise there is much to do up here...camping, horseback riding, hunting, watching the wildlife, discovering new walking trails, driving your favorite mountain toys or just relaxing in the peace and quiet of nature. There are lakes and reservoirs for boating, fishing, and swimming. I love Happy Jack for it’s natural untouched beauty, remoteness, and outdoor activities.
