My name is Bill Woosley. I was raised in Alaska and came to Arizona in the early '80s. In those days I had much more energy than I do today and I hiked and camped and fished all over the state at every opportunity. My favorite part of Arizona was anywhere on the Mogollon Rim. The cool pines reminded me of home.

In the '90s I purchased property in Clear Creek Pines Unit 7. About 5 years ago I closed my Phoenix based business, sold our property in Phoenix and came to live full time in Happy Jack. My wife and I have never looked back. Getting out of the heat of the valley on weekends is great, getting out of it everyday is wonderful! 

I am a full time, local Realtor and an Associate Broker with DPR Realty. I primarily focus on Buyer representation.

I am not going to give you all that "canned" stuff about being "your one stop shop" or try to convince you that I am the king of real estate in the area. Truth is, there are several really good Realtors that work this area and I just want to be one of them. One promise I will make is that I will work really hard for you.
